If you have been charged or are about to be charged with a crime, or if you have been contacted to be a witness before a grand jury, you need a qualified defense attorney.  It is important to  understand that you have a hallowed and deeply rooted Constitutional Right to consult with an attorney prior to questioning by law enforcement.

The first consultation is at no charge. Each case is different and, therefore, the fee structure will vary depending on the complexity of the case.
